preventative upkeep and maintenance

If the TVs in your sports bar don't work, people go elsewhere to watch the big game. If the sound system in your private dining room doesn't work, the party's moving somewhere else. And if the projector in your meeting space is out of commission, there goes that corporate booking you had.

We offer preventative maintenance plans to help ensure your systems are working when they're needed most. In many cases, a little care can go a long way to keeping your gear running for years to come. During our bi-monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual visits, we'll check to make sure all cable connections are secure, controls are responsive, and equipment racks are clear of dust and other obstructions that might prevent proper air circulation.

On-call repair services

Sometimes, no matter how well you take care of it, gear breaks down. We always make these repairs our priority because we know the impact loss of functionality can have on your business. We'll be on-site within 24 hours, and can often get to you the same day you call (we'll always try our best).
